SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping rates are calculated by residential delivery zip code, and based on shipment weight. We realize that when you spend your hard earned money on a RovR you want it ASAP and we do our very best to deliver on that expectation. Orders placed through www.rovrproducts.com M-F before noon CST will ship out same day in most cases. RovR Products ships via FedEx or UPS, depending on transit times. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed. All shipments are delivered without signature required unless requested by the customer. RovR does not currently ship outside of the continental 48 states but for expedited shipping or to make local pickup arrangements, please complete the below form.

We know you’re gonna love your RovR Products purchase but if for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied we offer refunds on orders placed directly with RovR Products via our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in the original box or equivalent packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and exchanges are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless authorized by RovR Products. Refunds will be processed and credited to the original purchasers credit card within (3) days of receiving the returned merchandise. To help expedite the return process please include a copy of the original receipt with your return. For assistance please complete the below form.
If you want to exchange an item, please return it for full refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Return Authorization Number (RMA#):
- All returns must be authorized to be returned
- To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #), please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box
- We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box
Product(s) should be:
- Returned within 30 days from delivery date
- In new and sellable condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete
- All authorized returned items in new condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All authorized returned items in used condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee
- In addition to a restocking fee, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges that range from $15 to $150 depending on product and location type
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival
Refund Method & Timeline:
- Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged
- We will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving, inspecting, and processing your return
- Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement
*Sale Items & Special/Custom Orders:
- No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.
